Nida at the front desk was professional and competent. She quickly and efficiently corrected the error and demonstrated a superior level of customer service in the process. It made us want to never book with Booking.com again and to always reserve at Best Western. We continue to have positive experiences staying at Best Western hotel - it seems they have redesigned themselves in every way and are succeeding in providing a positive guest experience.

I was very pleased. The staff was friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The towels and decor were better quality than most motels in the same price range. The breakfast was good. Several items to choose from and some little extras like raisins, and nuts for oatmeal. I would definitely stay there again.

Location and the staff was very friendly. They made you feel like you were family! Housekeeping kept up with cleaning. We did the breakfast our last day and the scrambled eggs and sausage links were very good. There was a variety of choices for breakfast.
